Four 16V 2200uF and one 6.3v 1800uF capacitor later, my wife has a nice upgrade from the old GX280 I took home months ago. It took about an hour to get the whole thing apart and get them replaced, but the Dell Optiplex GX620 fired right up and has been running fine since yesterday evening.
