That’s right. As of just a few moments ago, the long-awaited 2.1 beta of Media Browser was released for public download. There is a lot that comes with this new version, so you’re going to want to read about it here, here (old post) and here (pretty complete writeup including screenshots). Then, finally download it here.
One of the biggest things I would like to mention here is that there is no upgrade for your watched status indicators. It will pretty much start over again.

How can you make this work with the latest release (2.1)of Media Browser?
I’ve created a foldername (C:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser\ImagesByName) with all the folders of your latest collection of actors. But the pictures don’t show up in Mediabrowser.
Edit the config file item for ImageByNameLocation and put in that path.
I’ve added: C:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser\ImagesByName to the config file. But still no actors.
Also, on the forum of Media browser there are more people with this problem (even after adding this line to the config file).
I’ll just wait for the devs @ mediabrowser to fix this. Thank for your help & images!
It’s been reported there is a problem with it and will require an update. I didn’t find out about it until yesterday.
