IBN plugin is back online.

The transfer of images to my new VPS was completed and DNS should be populated well enough to get things going again.  I have re-uploaded the plugin to the Media Browser repository and it will also be available to meta<browser /> in the next few minutes.

I was also able to get reliable bandwidth numbers from the previous webhost and I should not run into any issues in that department.
